The completed but vacant 43-story oceanfront tower in Sunny Isles beach has been the object of much speculation by the real estate industry as the future of the Trump Tower III remained uncertain.  Presold as a condominum, it was proposed that the building could function in the short term as a luxury rental property for a Wall Street institutional fund until the market recovered from its recent slump.

However, on April 20th the Trump Tower III’s future was finally decided.  The developer officially filed the paperwork for the declaration of condominium, thus paving the way for individual unit sales, beginning with the Collins Avenue property in Sunny Isles beach.
