Increased foot traffic is what the Bayside Marketplace, known for tourist attraction, is receiving due to the rising Miami urban core condo community. This outpour has led to o increased double digit sales growth.

The place is gaining importance with opening air entertainment along with complete shopping place situated in 401 Biscayne Blvd due to the popularity of the basketball team, Miami Heat. Tony Napoliello, a business owner along the Bayside has started his seafood restaurant Largo Seafood & Grill in November.

It was last month the world renowned sandwich food chain, Subway started out their outlet. Newer outlets which have opened include the Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Splash Perfumes, Victoria’s Secret, Guess, Chili’s grill & Bar, Hard Rock Café, Hooters, Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. and lot more.

According to the estimates, the foot traffic especially towards the restaurants and bars has increased to around 20% by now. The Bayside shopping experience is something what people like due to the superb atmosphere and the sea side view making it a complete and beautiful experience.
